C. Joseph Richard, AIA, NCARB
Joseph is the principal Architect and founder of Architects Plus. He earned his Bachelors of Architecture from Louisiana State University and his Masters in Architecture from University of Oklahoma. He established Architects Plus in 1999 after seven years of experience in premier award winning architecture firms located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Joseph serves as the principal in charge of all of Architects Plus projects and provides oversight management for all endeavors. He enjoys Sushi Yama, Netflix, and time spent with his kids and fiancé, Blanche.
Jeremiah Lovelady
Jeremiah is a project manager; he is a Baton Rouge native and an alumnus of ITI Technical College, with a degree in Architectural and Civil Drafting. He has experience in residential design and spent three years in Community Development. He joined Architects Plus in August of 2022 and is an excellent resource to the team. He has a love of food and his beloved dachshund, Cocoa.
Nathan McConnell
Nathan is a project manager. Like Jeremiah, he is also a Baton Rouge native; Nathan is an alumnus of Louisiana State University with a Bachelors of Architecture. While working as a project manager, Nathan is pursuing his Masters in Real Estate Development via Auburn University. Nathan joined the team in 2023, and has since excelled as an integral facet to the firm. Nathan enjoys friends and family, long drives, plants, and various video games.
Sergio Capello
Sergio is the director of business development for the firm. Sergio has 40+ years in the industry; he has a Bachelors in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Management. Sergio is an excellent asset to the team!
